I am trying to find a method or several methods to run Matlab codes quickly on computers that do not have the program installed, I hope you can help me.

If you have a valid license and a good internet connection, one option is MATLAB Online. There are some limitations to that.

I'm aware of these options, each with their own downsides:

Matlab Online will be the most consistent
If you have Compiler, you can create an executable (which still needs the compiler runtime, but not full Matlab)
If you have Coder, you can generate C or C++ code and compile that to an executable. Not all functions are supported.
GNU Octave will be able to run most Matlab code. There are several drawbacks (which I will list in a post some day), but in general code that works on Matlab will run on Octave. They treat different results as a bug.
