How to link libraries from Raspberry Pi in S-Functions?

I'm trying to build a S-Function in Simulink with the Raspberry Pi Support Package. Actually i need to link libraries (which lies on the raspberry pi) in the S-Function, but if i don't know how to specify where the libraries lies. Could someone help me?
