How to Simulate Transformer Using T-model reference to primary and Controlled-Sources ?

I am using a Linear Transfomer for my model with specific input/output voltage. As in the model file. I want to use the T-model with controlled sources to have same results as I have for Linear Transfomer Model provided by Simlunk Library. The reason behind using voltage and current controlled sources are to connect the T-model between to another electronic circuits.
