How do I remove a model from a project completely, so that it doesn't show up in dependency analyzer anymore?

I have a simulink project with many models and a common data dictionary for all of them.
I deleted a couple models, but they still show up on the Model Hierarchy view of the dependency analyzer, perhaps because they're impacted by the data dictionary, but I'm not sure.
How can I make sure that the deleted models no longer show up?

Hi Gergely
I had the same problem. I pushed the "Analyze" button in the upper left corner of the dependency analyzer. Afterwards the deleted files were removed from the dependency analyzer. I hope it will help you too.
