how do I download a license file?

I need to download the license file, except it seems its no longer available under the license manager. Has it moved and where can I find it?

Hm, it definitely used to be. Seems reaching out to my IT department is probably the only thing left to do. Thanks

Not sure if you're seeking to download the license file from MathWorks or access it on your computer or something else
License file from MathWorks Website - seems like you were in the right place based on your screenshot, so maybe I'm misunderstanding your ask or perhaps you can follow the additional instructions listed here to get access to your license
License file from local machine
I'm not convinced you do/do not have a license associated with your account based on your screenshot as it crops out where that information is (see my account below with license numbers edited out in red)

It was just the blank page from there on, I contacted my IT. They seem to have removed the ability to download licenses for some reason. Thank you
