I wish to store my data as array or buffer in simulink.
Please guide me which Simulink block to use and how to use.

To store data as array use For-Iterator Subsytem.

In the two links I shared one uses For -Iterator subsytem and the other tapped delay block is mentioned. Did you read the links? You need to give an use case with an example because I really have no idea on what you are trying to achieve. You need to be more precise and clear on your explanation part.
