How to open neural network training screen?

i accidently closed the neural netwok training screen, any idea how to reopen it from "net.mat" file

I don't know what you mean by the "net.mat file" and I don't think you can reopen the screen. However, if you called trainlm with 2 outputs, the second output contains a record of the training progress data,

[trainedNet,tr] = train(net,...)

Thank you for responding. I actually need R-value of training, validation, and test data separately, I only see the Total R-value generated by using 'plotregression(t, y)'.

We don't know what you've done, and therefore don't know what you see. However, I have answered your question: the window, once closed cannot be reopened.
