How to Communicate PCI 6341 with BNC 2120 or 2110 in Simulink Desktop Real Time?

Hello, I am using PCI 6341 NI product for Simulink Desktop Real Time Analog Input and Output communication. The channel shown in below picture are for PCIe-6341 output which is then connected to supported BNC by 68pin connector cable (picture attached at the end of question). I am not sure can I use connections from direct connector pins or I need to connect BNC board.
But For physical connection I have connected both BNC 2110/2120. But I am not sure how to select the AI or AO channels of my Multifunctional BNC 2110/2120, I went to NI MAX and also check that no device (BNC2110/2120) is being shown I have all the drivers, NI MAX shows only PCI 6341 is connected.
In the above picture I have Output Channel 02, which is actually the connector output channel and that connector is basically connected to BNC DAQ board. and configuration for connector is as shown below. To make sure cable working properly I connected Jumper cable from A0 (Pin 21) to AI 0 (Pin 68), so it was working properly. When I connect this cable with BNC LED turn on which means board is connected well.
But why it is not showing in NI MAX and Simulink I don't know.
I need only one analog output and one analog input channel for TX/RX, can I use simply inputs outputs at connector like I used jummper cable? Is it feasible or I need to connect BNC Multifunctional BNC? I showns my real configuration in pictures

Hello Muhammad,
NI MAX (Measurement and Automation Explorer) should recognize your NI device (PCIe-6341) when it's properly installed and connected. You have connected a BNC-2110/2120 terminal block to your PCIe device, NI MAX will not list the BNC terminal block as a separate device as it is simply an accessory that breaks out the signals to BNC connectors for convenient access.
Regarding your query about using direct connector pin for Analog I/O, you can surely use it without BNC terminal block provided you're comfortable working with the 68-pin connectors and necessary cabling. To validate data acquisition into MATLAB form NI device, you can try this example on MATLAB:
However, BNC board offers advantages like galvanic isolation, signal conditioning and breakout functionality, hence it is a preferred choice.
The LED indicator turning ON when connecting to BNC terminal block indicates that it is receiving power- doesn't necessarily confirm communication with the device.
