How to do fft of a csv file to plot amplitude spectrum

I have a csv files with 2 columns. 1st column has time and second column has the value (These are the outut values of a VCO that is not constant) . Around 2006 rows are there in total. I want to plot the amplitude spectrum of these values. For that I have to do the FFT of these values. What is the code for doing this?

See the documentation for both fft and nufft. One of those should apply to your problem.
Another optioon is the pspectrum function.
