Interpolation and Extrapolation in a matrix with different sections

My problem is that I need to interpolate and extrapolate this matrix.
It is the whole matrix I want to interpolate and extrapolate, but the green,yellow and blue box should be interpolated/extrapolated seperately.
The yellow box should be interpolated/extrapolated on its own, and there should just be created numbers inbetween in the blue and green box depending on the interpolation/extrapolation of the yellow box, so for instances [0 0.25 0.375 0.5 0.675 0.75 0.875 1].
The matrix here is just an example and could any matrix. Can someone help me.
