command line install of .mlpkginstall silently

Hello Dear All,
Quick question that i do no find a real answer.
How can we install a .mlpkginstall in command line and silenstly.
I must deploy a package on a few hundred computers.

If you upload package somewhere on the web, use websave to download, and to figure out how to install it with cmd line.

If you made it yourself .mlpkginstall, you are unable to install it offline. Link above says so. If it's an official package, you can do it through MATLAB Support Software Downloader as described in the link above.
