Brushing a 3D isosurface

Is it possible to manually brush a 3D isosurface plot?

I've attached the data, which you apply this function to plot it:

isosurface(smooth3(iso_data))

Essentially I'm trying to clean it up, and manually brushing would be ideal.

and then isosurface plot
