Unable to deploy code to F28379D launchpad from Simulink

I have been using Simulink to build and deploy basic ePWM and ADC code to F28379D launchpad but after deploying it a few times I am not able to do so anymore. 'Boot from Flash' option from Configuration Parameters is ticked. I think the debug probe got changed somehow from XDS100v2 to XDS100v1 in Simulink although I can't find any option to select or change it. I have attached the screenshot of the error for better clarity.

Can you open Model Settings (shortcut:Ctrl + E), go to Hardware Implementation --> Target Hardware resources --> Build options --> CCS hardware configuration file and ensure that the CCS hardware configuration file is set to "$(TARGET_ROOT)/CCS_Config/f28379D.ccxml"?
