For the purpose of sensing tilt and vibration of the Vehicle in the driving scenario design app, you will need to specifically simulate vehicel dynamics in Vehicle Dynamics Blockset or Automated Driving Toolbox.
For sensing the tilt angle, the parameters controlling the degree of freedom of a vehicle can be used.
For calculating the vibrations in simulated scenarios, it can be measured in terms of displacement, velocity or accelerations.
