Hi Hamed,

please refer to this solution: How can we get the latitude and longitude of the pixels of a georeferenced image in MATLAB and put them in separate matrices? - MATLAB Answers - MATLAB Central (mathworks.com)

and also refer to the example: Read and Display Elevation Data

You can get the elevation data directly from the 'readgeoraster' function.
