App designer: Why can't I bring forward my axes in the design?

I'm trying to make a somewhat aesthetically pleasing app that processes data so to speed up my process I just created a template for my app in balsamiq and placed it in using the image "object"(not sure what u call em) which everything was working fine but then the axes/chart that im gonna use to display data cant be moved to forward at all I dont know if it's a simple mistake cause im new to this, any help would be highly appreciated.

Any axes will always be beneath any non-axes component (including a uiimage) or panel.

Thank you for the help I searched for other problems like mine and found a solution. Put the axes inside a panel and that way I can put it on top of the image I have.
