Dear Siddha,
This could be a way to get your result:
- Detect all the objects in the image. (<http://www.mathworks.com/discovery/object-detection.html website>)
- Analyse each object if there is an infection.This could be done here.
- Then you can construct an image with only the leaves that have an infection.
