Matlab D-statcom example control error

Matlab has below D-statcom control example.

In situation of voltage regulation, I set up the input voltage has +/-0.2pu changes, but I found out the voltage regulation output is not as good as expected. The result has obvious steady state error. You can refer to the attached picture for more information. (The example use +/-0.06 voltage change, it works fine, but if the change bigger, it will not work well)

I found that the D-Statcom base power is 3Mvar, maybe I need to increase D-Statcom base rating, but I can not figure out how to do it.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?
