i have a script for image processing . i wanna make it run for all the images in a folder , can some one help me with this ?

Description
This GUI will help the novice user get up to speed very quickly on using GUI-based applications. Everything is laid out in a very simple Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc. layout. Thanx. now i wanna save all these processed images in a new folder say "processed" . how can i achieve this ?

copyfile(FILENAME, PATH_TO_NEW_DIRECTORY)
But probably better is that when you are going to imwrite() the processed image, that you use fullfile() to construct the destination as being directly in the new directory. For example,
destdirectory = 'C:\Documents and Settings\Pradeep\Processed';
thisimage = 'skidoo023.jpg';
fulldestination = fullfile(destdirectory, thisimage);
imwrite(TheData, fulldestination);
