Export Simulink Models with simscape electrical connections to Functional Mock-up Units

Hello,
I have a simulink model for a DCDC converter. The model have numerical inputs and have also electrical connections. I don't think i can label these electrical connections as inputs or outputs. Can i convert this simullink model into a functional Mock-up Unit ? When i tried to do so, the generated FMU model only have numerical inputs.
