Significance of solver type "Tustin" or "Backward Euler" in Powergui

Hi, I am working on dynamic model simulation of power system. I have observed that, for some specific operating point/set points, steady state values of state variables are different for Tustin and Backward Euler in Powergui (for same initial condition and time step 5e-5 sec and global solver as ode45/ode23tb). Solver type for discrete PI controllers are "Forward Euler". Do you guys have any idea about this? Does choice/accuracy of Tustin/Backward Euler depends on properties of dynamic model?

Tustin and Backward Euler are two different ways of discretizing a continuous-time system. So, when you change your solver type in powergui to "Discrete", you get those 2 options (3 in the latest version).
