How to keep color in a configurable subsystem

Hello,
To make easier the choice the change of one element in a complex system, I am currently trying to create a library with configurable subsystem. The user will be able to simply change the version of the block using block choice.
My blocks are formatted with colors on input and output ports to help the identification. When a create the configurable subsystem, I lose the colors. Is there a way to keep them ?
