Do MATLAB simulink provide support for Texas instruments and Infineon micro controller ?

Support for CAN drivers is through the Vehicle Networking Toolbox (since R2009a). It does work in conjunction with Embedded Target, which supports Infineon

And old information probably from the days of Target Support Package IC1 before Vehicle Networking, showing specific mention of CAN drivers for Infineon: https://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/attachment.html?resid=1-BR6CYV&solution=1-1BIJP
