how to compare two videos in matlab ? i have extracted frames from video but what should be next in comparing process ??

i want to compare histogram of each frame from both videos.

but this tool take video from any hardware like webcam etc. i need to compare two videos which are in mp4 format and saved with me in some folder. how should i make histogram for each frame of this type video??
