3D animation viewer error

If I command code in command window - vrplanets, I know that 3D animation viewer is like a first picture.

But in my computer, I see only black box in the viewer(a second picture).

and I already installed VRML viewer.

What should I do?

Please help me.

I don't think that I answer the my question myself.

I finally get the solution which change your matlab preferences.

The solution is as follows.

1) click preferences. 2) click simulink 3d animation 3) change default VRML viewer - internal -> internalv4
