Problem combining licens files Matlab 2013b 2014b 2015a

I've installed the FlexLM on a Win 2008R2 server from the Matlab 2015a media. The licens for 2013b is working but when i add the lines for 2014b and 2015a i get this error.

Before digging into in deeper: You do not need to combine the license files. Just uses the most recent one and you can work also with older releases.

Correct. Just use the R2015a file on the server. The clients hopefully have the simple syntax with the "SERVER" line and "USE_SERVER"?

A license file for a release permits the use of all previous releases of the same software, back at least a decade. (There was a point at which the license mechanisms became incompatible; it might have been R12 in 2000.) This does "use up a slot" of the newest license, so if you had some stray licenses that were not brought forward in maintenance then you might want to handle their licenses differently.
