There is no MATLAB toolbox that does this task. You will have to write the code.
I recommend that you find papers on the topic and study them and come up with a fixed algorithm, and start implementing. When you encounter MATLAB-specific questions, please feel free to post them.
You may wish to consult forums that specialize in image analysis; this forum specializes in technical questions about MathWorks products.
