matlab program to seperate the tracking object

iam new to matlab.i detect tracking object.now i need to seperate tracking object(taken out object). i used the code from moving object tracking based on back ground subtraction by diego barragan .i dont know how to seperate.pls help to me .i need that rectangle seperate.
