how to overlay multiple images into one single image

I have 25 png images i need to overlay it to create a only one image please explain it in coding been useful for me.

Hi,
do you mean you want all images displayed at once?
One way of doing is to use the montage function. This will create a mosaic with all the images.
The notion of overlay usually refer to superposing the images. This can be used to show result of image segmentation of registration for example. With 25 images, this seems rather complicated...
