Hi all,
I really need to select a voxel on 3d mesh by mouse.

Thanks all, I made a marching cube and then used Data Cursor top of the window.

Try ginput() once you have displayed your 2D slice image.

There used to be a tool for this on the File Exchange but I can't seem to find it.

Not just the title. You changed the fact that you already had displayed the proper 2D slice. I think you need to do that first. MATLAB doesn't have really good 3D volumetric data handling capability. You might try Avizo software (http://www.vsg3d.com/avizo/overview) if you need that.

I have to use MATLAB. I searched a lot on FILE Exchange but I didn't find any thing.
