tcipip server problem : why can't I open server ???

>> t = tcpip('0.0.0.0', 30000, 'NetworkRole', 'server');
>> fopen(t);
then, don't return and just on busy.
Is there any wrong??

The fopen tells it to wait until a connection is requested. After the fopen there will be a connection unless the attempt fails.
