Is it possible to apply imgaussfilt() on the histogram image of hsv components?

I have hsv components of a white balanced image.. Then I analyse the histogram of the components separated image.. Now, I want to apply the weighting distribution on this image. For that I am using the gaussian blur filter , imgaussfilt().. For that what to do?
