How can i transform frames to a simple vector

I have a signal in simulink composed by 2 frames with 128 samples. How can i transform these two frames in one simple frame of 256 samples ? Tried reshape and buffer blocks in simulink but couldn't do it.

Hi Anton,
Concatenating the buffered signal or concatenating the two signals and then reshaping might help.

In Simulink is difficult because the device works in real time, but i already solved it but using dsp blocks in a script.
