How to reset output ports of simulink Switch case block?

the problem is to reset each output port to the subsystem switch case after the second case start to operate (i.e. for an input (u1) is a pulse of 1 and 2 consecutive change with time the output of the first port will be 1 and hold then output is 2 and hold 2) as i need the change of input signal to change selecting the output port case. please, kindly illustrate by a given example.
