Have unused 50 MHZ bandwidth . want to use it for Wireless Broadband Internet Connectivity . How can i do the simulation where i use this frequency to get Internet ?

You will need to use 802.11n in order to achieve 50 Mbits/s throughput in that bandwidth and so be eligible to call it Broadband.
You can do some amount of simulation; see http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/26232-ieee-802-11n-wlan-file-update and http://www.mathworks.com/help/comm/examples/ieee-802-11n-channel-models.html
