Export from workspace to simulink

I have a honework and i dont know what kind of block is the big one .I need to bring from workspace to simulink values.

Simulink -> sources -> constant
if you have a constant in the workspace. You just need to write the name of the variable inside the block. Or:
Simulink -> sources -> From workspace
if you want a signal. For example:
simin.time = (1:10)';
simin.signals.values = simin.time.^2;
