How to get disparity map code on matlab 2010?

Hey everyone;
Happy New year :),
I'd like to ask how can i design a matlab code to calculate disparity map from 2 stereo images?! also i wander how can i use the calibration file for that concept!!
I now that you are offering codes for that on matlab exchange file but all contains function that is difficult to understand...
I want to design a code to measure disparity using the calibration file of the two stereo images offered in the data base.
anyone help me through that?!
