MATLAB access in my house

I want to use MATLAB in my house. I could access via vpn connection using university free wifi. but I couldn't access my home access even though university vpn environment.
I got error message when I accessed it which says they mentioned License manager error -96 The link as follows http://www.mathworks.com/support/lme/R2015a/96
My OS is windows10. These info doesn't cover my OS. It would be appreciate if you give me any idea to sort out that.

Hi Michiharu,
The instructions on the link you provided should work fine for Windows 10 as well. Please note that the initial couple of instructions are just about the steps to follow to launch a command prompt on Windows machine. Please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link.
