Hello, how to write code for the expression shown in image in matlab to divide two images by calculating 24000?

i tried following but not getting output.
out_im= imdivide(Fing_im, white_im);
out_im= immultiply(out_im,24000);
figure(),imshow(uint16(out_im),[]);
