How to get neural net weight matrix

Hi I need to know the weights of inputs(8) hidden layer(3 neurons) and output(1 neuron). for example, how can I know the weight of first hidden neuron for input 1th,2th,...,8th and also for output? Thanks in advance for your help

Use the commands
lookfor, help, and doc
on
getwb and setwb
Also search the NEWSGROUP and ANSWERS
