How to detect QRS according to said method?

How do I code up above method in MATLAB and use it for QRS detection of ECGs recordings of PhysioNet dataset , particularly of NSR, SVT, CU_Ventricular Tacharrhythmia and Malignant_Ventricular_Ectopy.
Note: I am referring external link because dataset is more than 5MB.

The method is pretty much explained in the article. The problem here might be that the rhythm in the example seems pretty "ideal" and you might encounter problems with different wave morphologies. May i ask if you have to use this method? A working alternative which is easy to implement can be found in this paper. It is a good paper which goes in details on how to implement.
