Print a PDF of GUI output

Hi guys,
I have a Matlab GUI. I want to have a button that says "PDF Output" which then takes the results of the GUI (A plot and some text) and puts it on a Print-Friendly PDF which pops up when the button is clicked.
Is this do-able?
