Slow run in fuzzy image

Hello, I create simple fuzzy image but when run this program is very slow. (Unfortunately , i can't attach , fuzzy file in this forum) The fuzzy file attached it. http://1drv.ms/1W57BbT
I = imread('pout.tif');
I = double(I);
[ m n ] = size(I);
r = readfis('f');
for i=1:m
for j =1:n
I(i,j) = evalfis(I(i,j),r);
end
end
imshow(uint8(I));
