in my project i use vivotek_ip7161 but i need to capture image&record video through the Image Acquisition Toolbox !!camera can't appear in Matlab I tried a lot but no benefit

There is no specific support for cameras by that manufacturer, or for any of the image protocols supported by that model.

Instead, you will need one of the generic mpeg-4 stream receivers for your operating system, and then need to use IAT's interface to those OS-level receivers; see http://www.mathworks.com/products/imaq/supportedioWebcam.html

I did see your response here, but I spent the time assisting other people, and also I spent over an hour doing research on the capabilities of your particular camera model and trying to find ways to convince MATLAB to talk to it.

You are pretty much using the wrong camera for this project, so it is taking a lot of time to find ways to hack the interfaces together.
