In the simulation of the control system with a observer,there will be a error .How to solve it?

Your system is numerically tricky to integrate. In this case, reducing the step size or selecting a different integration scheme as suggested by the error is the solution.
Does this error also appear without the observer?
Why do you have a delay in the observer feedback? Have you tried to see what happens if you remove it?
