How to form spatial temporal sliding window for each pixel at (x,y) to obtain a histogram

i am trying to do object detection using difference based spatial temporal entropy calculation.i have to form spatial temporal window for each pixel of binary image that i obtained after canny operation.then i have to obtain a histogram corresponding to the pixels.i am attaching my paper and code that i have made here.please help me if anyone can hepl here.thank you very much.
