how to give input to fuzzy logic

Firstly, I have 4 inputs for fuzzy logic and I can supply my inputs through a from file blocks in simulink and connect it through a demux to the fuzzy block right? Secondly, from the fis file that I've created, isit possible for me to tweak the rules through coding on the workspace?
