I Am presently working in "Automatic License Plate recognition System For Highway Access Control System" Am Extracted the License Plate Region.My next step is segmentation .......using segmetation for ex license plate image (single image)Contains TN 09 PR 2233........is it possible to separate using segmentation.......that is T as one image, N as one image ......etc........I read in one IEEE paper Saudi arabian License plate system it is done through histogram based segmentation.........but no idea about that.......looking for community help .........if possible suggest any algorithm suitable and matlab code
