FindPeaks not returning peaks and its locations with my data?

I am using findPeaks as follows but it return null arrays of peaks and location. Do anyone know what could be the issue, whether its my data issue?
[PKS,LOCS]=findpeaks(X);
My X has following values:

What do you expect? Have you plotted this if you can't tell just by the values there are no peaks?
What is this X supposed to represent and why do you think there should be a peak in it?
