How can I choose the percentage of the data to train the neural network?

1. To list the net properties available for changing either
a. Create a new net without the ending semicolon
net = fitnet
b. List an existing net without the ending semicolon
net = net
2. To change a setting
net.property.parameter = newvalue;
3. Example
net.divideParam.trainRatio = newvalue;
